IndAroma (Cake Affair Inc, 6548-C Little River Tpke, Alexandria, VA) uses text messages for staff operations. By signing below, I acknowledge and agree that IndAroma may send text messages to the mobile number I provide, limited to:

one-time login codes for the IndAroma staff portal;
work schedule, shift, and call-time changes;
timecard and payroll alerts;
urgent kitchen and operational notifications.

Message frequency varies; typically 1–10 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. I can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and get help by replying HELP or calling (703) 354-1812.

Consent is not a condition of employment. If I decline or later opt out, I will still receive my schedule by email and in the staff app.
