By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from IndAroma, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages related to:

• Two-factor authentication (2FA) login codes
• Work schedule notifications and shift confirmations
• Event assignment updates
• Timecard and payroll alerts
• Operational notifications from management

Message frequency varies based on your activity and work schedule. Typically 1-10 messages per week.

Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-In Method: Staff members opt in to receive SMS messages when they sign in to the IndAroma staff portal (Indaromie) at hub.indaroma.com/login by entering their phone number and clicking "Send code." This action constitutes consent to receive text messages from IndAroma for authentication and operational communications.

Alternatively, during employment onboarding a staff member may provide their mobile number on our onboarding form and sign an acknowledgement that IndAroma will text them login codes and schedule and operational notifications. The form includes STOP/HELP instructions and the addresses of this page and our Privacy Policy, and the signed consent is recorded in the employee record with the date. A blank copy of the form is published at centcom.indaroma.com/sms-consent-form. Messaging consent is not a condition of employment — employees who decline still receive schedules by email and in the staff app, and anyone can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

IndAroma (Cake Affair, Inc. d/b/a IndAroma) respects your privacy. This policy describes how we handle information collected through our SMS/text messaging programs.

Mobile opt-in data and consent will NOT be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information We Collect: When you opt in to SMS, we collect your phone number and messaging consent status. We may also collect your name and employee ID for message routing purposes.

How We Use Your Information: Your phone number is used solely for sending you work-related communications as described in our SMS Terms above. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Data Retention: We retain your phone number and consent records for as long as you are an active employee or until you opt out. Message logs are retained for compliance and operational purposes.

Security: We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission and secure storage.

Staff members opt in to receive SMS messages through the IndAroma staff portal login screen. The opt-in flow is as follows:

1. Staff member navigates to the Indaromie portal login page
2. Staff member enters their phone number
3. Staff member taps "Send code" — this is the Call to Action (CTA)
4. A one-time verification code is sent via SMS
5. Staff member enters the code to complete sign-in

By entering their phone number and tapping "Send code," the staff member consents to receive text messages from IndAroma. The login page displays: "Access is limited to registered staff members."

Subsequent operational messages (schedule updates, shift confirmations, etc.) are sent to the same phone number with the understanding that the employee has consented during the login process and during their onboarding.
